Later, Bok tried coercion by threatening the life of a boy genetically altered to appear to be Picard's son.
94 94 Jev

Jev was part of a Ullian delegation led by his father Tarmin. They conducted telepathic research to compile a database of memories for a cultural library. On the U.S.S. Enterprise, Jev committed several acts of telepathic memory invasion on members of the crew resulting in an Iresine syndrome coma. An investigation revealed he had committed this crime numerous times during the delegates' travels.
28 28 Lwaxana Troi

The Betazoid Ambassador Lwaxana Troi was the mother of U.S.S. Enterprise Counselor Deanna Troi. She held the lofty titles of "Daughter of the Fifth House of Betazed," the "Holder of the Sacred Chalice of Rixx" and "Heir to the Holy Rings of Betazed." Her flamboyant and flirtatious nature often caused amusement and embarrassment for her daughter and the Enterprise crew.
62 62 Kevin Uxbridge

The lone survivor of the Husnock attack on Delta Rana IV. Uxbridge was listed in Federation records as a human, but U.S.S. Enterprise personnel determined that he was actually a Dowd, disguised as a human for 50 years. Following the destruction of the colony and his wife Rishon, Uxbridge used his innate abilities to wipe out the entire Husnock race.
95 95 Tallera

Tallera was the Romulan alias used by the Vulcan T'Paal when she infiltrated Arctus Baran's crew. She confided to Picard that she was an operative, sent to retrieve the Stone of Gol. When it was found, however, she used it to kill Baran's crew and revealed herself to be a Vulcan isolationist. Picard was able to render the device inert and arrest her.
29 29 The Traveler

The enigmatic humanoid known simply as "The Traveler" had the ability to warp space and time. He searched the Galaxy for others with similar gifts and discovered Wesley Crusher on the U.S.S. Enterprise. The Traveler helped Wesley understand that matter, energy and thought were interchangeable. He visited Wesley again to help in a crisis and offer his guidance.
63 63 Locutus of Borg

On Stardate 43989.1, Captain Picard was assimilated into the Borg Collective, where he was renamed Locutus. With his knowledge of Starfleet backed by the superior technology of the Borg, Locutus represented an enormous threat. Using methods unpredictable to Picard, Riker, acting commander of the Enterprise, was able to retrieve Locutus from the Borg vessel.
96 96 Senator Pardek

Pardek was a Romulan dignitary who was working in secret with Ambassador Spock seeking a re-unification of the Vulcan and Romulan people. It was later revealed that Pardek was attempting to send a Romulan fleet to Vulcan under the guise of peace with the intentions of conquest. Pardek's plans were stopped by Captain Picard, Commander Data and Ambassador Spock.
30 30 Admiral Mark Jameson

Jameson was renowned for hostage release negotiations on Mordan IV. He accomplished this feat by providing weapons in violation of the Prime Directive. Jameson reconciled this by supplying the captor's opponents with equal weaponry. The resulting civil war lasted 40 years. Lured back to Mordan IV for atonement, Jameson died of complications from a self-inflicted cure for his chronic Iverson's Disease.
64 64 Commander Sela

Sela was the daughter of Tasha Yar from an alternate timeline and a Romulan general. She wanted to prove herself a good Romulan despite her heritage. Sela supported the Duras sisters in the Klingon Civil War, and she tried to use Ambassador Spock and his reunification movement to send three stolen Vulcan ships full of Romulan soldiers to invade Vulcan.
97 97 The Bynars

The Bynars were a species of cyborgs that worked in pairs and communicated rapidly with each other through a buffer. They were employed by Starfleet for systems upgrades on the Galaxy-class Enterprise. Two Bynar pairs, 1100 and 1001 evacuated the ship in order to take it to Bynaus and to restart their planetary computer, which had been damaged by a supernova.
31 31 Kosinski

Kosinski was a propulsion expert who came aboard the Enterprise to enhance the ship's warp drive engines. Kosinski's arrogance did not sit well with the Enterprise crew, particularly Chief Engineer Argyle and Commander Riker. It was later discovered that Kosinski's work was severely flawed, and that he had been taking credit for results produced by his assistant, The Traveler.
65 65 Commander Tomalak

Romulan Commander Tomalak encountered the U.S.S. Enterprise on several occasions, when their duties brought them near the Neutral Zone. When the Enterprise assisted the defector Alidar Jarok, vital information Jarok carried about a Romulan military build-up was revealed to be a ruse by Tomalak. The Enterprise escaped capture by Tomalak with the aid of several cloaked Klingon warships.
98 98 Devinoni Ral

Devinoni Ral had a reputation as a shrewd negotiator. He came to the U.S.S. Enterprise representing the Chrysalians in negotiations for the Barzan Wormhole. While on the Enterprise, he became romantically involved with Deanna Troi, who discovered he was part Betazoid. He used his empathic abilities to give him an unethical edge in his dealings.
32 32 Mediator Riva

Riva was a member of the ruling family of Ramatis III who were genetically rendered deaf. To communicate, Riva used a chorus of three telepathic interpreters who spoke for different aspects of his persona: the Warrior, the Scholar and one of balance. Among Riva's many achievements as a negotiator were several treaties between the Klingon Empire and the Federation.
66 66 Cyrus Redblock

Cyrus Redblock was a gangster in the Dixon Hill holonovels that Picard enjoyed for recreation. Redblock demonstrated the potential dangers of the holodeck when an accident shut off safety protocols, and one of his men shot an Enterprise crewmember. Later Redblock emerged into the ship's corridor, where he determined that he was part of something far greater than himself.
99 99 Radue

The leader of a powerful civilization, the Aldeans, Radue sought to combat sterility among his people by taking children from the U.S.S. Enterprise, including Wesley Crusher, to be adopted and raised on Aldea. Dr. Crusher was able to determine that the cause of the sterility was a shield which had cloaked and protected their planet for millennia.
33 33 Thadiun Okona

Thadiun Okona sought assistance from the U.S.S. Enterprise for his ship, the Erstwhile. Okona had been traveling between two planets in the Omega Sagitta system, Altec and Straleb, secretly acting as a liaison between the heirs of both. When each planet contacted Picard. seeking Okona for justice, the affair was revealed, and Okona was free to continue his travels.
67 67 Captain Korris

A Klingon criminal, Korris escaped imprisonment with two comrades by causing the destruction of the Klingon vessel T'Acog and taking over the Talarian vessel, Batris. The Batris was damaged, and the three were the only survivors rescued by the U.S.S. Enterprise. Korris was killed on the ship's engineering deck where he attempted to win his freedom at phaser point.
100 100 U.S.S. Enterprise

The Galaxy-class Starship Enterprise, registry number NCC-1701-D, was the flagship of Starfleet and the fifth vessel to bear that name. It was commanded by Captain Jean-Luc Picard and was built for a continuing mission of deep space exploration. One of the largest vessels ever produced by Starfleet, regularly carried over 1,000 crew members and passengers.
34 34 Salia

Salia was the heir apparent of Daled IV and an alasamorph. Her parents were from opposing sides in a civil war, and it was hoped that her neutral status could reunite her people. She prepared to govern her people by training on Klavdia III for 16 years. While being transported on the U.S.S. Enterprise, she became romantically involved with Wesley Crusher.
