The Star Gazer |
1 |
|
Amid chaos aboard the U.S.S. Stargazer, Picard initiates a self-destruct sequence to fight the Borg Queen's attack. Two days earlier, at his chateau, Picard and Laris share a romantic moment, but Picard must leave for Starfleet Academy. There, he introduces Elnor as the first Romulan cadet who will be joining Raffi on the Excelsior. Meanwhile, on La Sirena, Seven of Nine fights off pirates and discovers a strange warp opening in space. |
2 |
|
On Raritan IV, Soji and Dr. Jurati continue a goodwill tour of the galaxy when Jurati is called to the U.S.S. Stargazer by Rios. The crew of the Stargazer investigates the deep space anomaly with Seven of Nine and decodes a message from inside: "Help us, Picard." Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, Picard reunites with Guinan before being called to the Stargazer to investigate the Borg's request to join the Federation. |
3 |
|
A Borg ship appears out of the strange warp opening in space. Picard and the crew of the Stargazer debate the Borg request to join the Federation. Suddenly, the Borg Queen phases onto their ship and begins assimilating it.
Picard initiates a self-destruct sequence, but when the ship explodes, he awakens back on Earth in his chateau. And waiting there for him is Q. |
Penance |
4 |
|
Picard awakens in a Q-created alternate reality where the Confederation rules with Picard as its fearsome warlord. Seven of Nine awakens as President of the Confederation, free from her Borg past. Rios finds himself onboard La Sirena, fighting in a war with the Vulcans. Elnor, who is mistaken as a member of the anti-Confederation insurgency, is taken into custody by Raffi for his own protection. |
5 |
|
Seven and her husband, the First Magistrate, prepare for Starfleet's Eradication Day, while Dr. Jurati prepares the captured Borg Queen for execution. Picard communicates with the Borg Queen, who explains that Q changed one event in 2024, which altered the timeline to create their current, dark reality. She agrees to help them travel back in time, but the transporters are blocked - Eradication Day has begun! |
6 |
|
Picard and Seven of Nine stall for time to allow Raffi to lower the planetary shields that were inhibiting transporters. Meanwhile, the execution of the Borg Queen draws near. Just in time, Picard, Seven and the Borg Queen beam aboard La Sirena. Jurati connects the Borg Queen to the ship's computers, giving her the capability to calculate time travel. The First Magistrate transports onto La Sirena and shoots Elnor and attempts to commandeer the ship. |
Assimilation |
7 |
|
Onboard La Sirena, the crew of the ship takes down the First Magistrate, and Raffi rushes Elnor to the med bay. Meanwhile, the Borg Queen warps them back to 2024, drawing power from the med bay which kills Elnor. The La Sirena crash lands at the abandoned Chateau Picard. Picard and Jurati stay back to revive the Borg Queen while Seven, Raffi and Rios depart to Los Angeles, hunting for the Watcher, a being with the answers to fix the timeline. |
8 |
|
On La Sirena, Jurati's consciousness merges with the Borg Queen and helps to repair her. When the Borg Queen tries to assimilate Jurati, Picard pulls her out. Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, an injured Rios ends up in a local clinic run by Dr. Teresa Ramirez, as Raffi and Seven head to the tallest building in Los Angeles to scan for the Watcher. |
9 |
|
The Borg Queen demands control of La Sirena in exchange for the Watcher's coordinates, but Jurati reveals that she has already obtained the information herself. In Los Angeles, the immigration authorities raid Dr. Ramirez's clinic. Leaving his combadge behind, Rios and Ramirez are taken away from the clinic after by ICE. |
Watcher |
10 |
|
Raffi and Seven hunt for Rios in Los Angeles, while at his dilapidated chateau, Picard and Jurati discover that they have three days until the event that will alter the future. Picard is haunted by visions of his mother when he was a child, while Jurati struggles with allure of the Borg Queen. Picard soon departs for Los Angeles to find the
Watcher and discovers a young Guinan, who has become disillusioned by mankind. |
11 |
|
In the search for Rios, who's locked in an ICE detention center with Dr. Ramirez, Seven and Raffi steal a police car. Ramirez is soon released from ICE, but Rios is loaded onto a deportation bus. Meanwhile, Picard tries to convince Guinan to stay on Earth for the good of humanity. At Picard's chateau, Jurati continues to fix transporters while resisting the Borg Queen's seduction. |
12 |
|
With the help of the Borg Queen, Jurati fixes the transporters, saving Seven and Raffi from the LAPD and transporting them to intercept Rios' deportation bus. Picard reveals his identity to Guinan in a last-ditch effort to convince her to stay, and she takes him to the Watcher, a mysterious agent named Tallinn, who looks identical to Laris. Meanwhile, Q discovers that his powers are failing. |
Fly Me to the Moon |
13 |
|
Tallinn reveals to Picard that she guards the fate of one human, Renée Picard, Jean Luc's ancestor and an astronaut on the upcoming Europa mission. But Q, posing as Renée's therapist, convinces her to drop out of the mission. Onboard La Sirena, the Borg Queen calls the local police and tricks them into coming to save her. Raffi and Seven free Rios and the other deportees from the ICE bus. |
14 |
|
In Los Angeles, Dr. Adam Soong has his license revoked for ethical violations involving the human genome, including one to save his terminally ill daughter, Kore. Q hacks into his computer and offers a life-saving compound in exchange for Soong's help. Meanwhile, on La Sirena, the Borg Queen tries to blackmail Jurati into assimilation, but the plan backfires. Jurati seemingly kills the Borg Queen. |
15 |
|
Dr. Soong discovers Q's compound for Kore is only temporary, and Q tells him to eliminate Renée Picard if he wants a permanent solution. The crew returns to La Sirena with Tallinn and makes a plan to convince Renée to rejoin the Europa mission. They infiltrate a gala for the Europa mission, and Jurati is arrested. Meanwhile, Jurati harbors a secret: she assimilated with the Borg Queen, thus saving their chances of returning to the future. |
Two of One |
16 |
|
Thirty-four minutes into the future, Picard lies on the floor of the Europa gala, flatlining and seeing visions of his mother. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew keeps eyes on Renée, but Jurati is acting suspiciously. She's unresponsive to Picard's messages, kisses Rios and runs off. Picard hunts for Renée on his own, but Dr. Soong and security intercept him. |
17 |
|
In future events, Picard is rushed to Teresa's clinic, where he remains unconscious. Meanwhile in the present, Jurati performs a song for the attendees as a distraction at the Europa gala, to allow Picard time to talk to Renée so he can convince her to stay with the Europa mission. Soong suddenly tries to hit her with his car, but Picard pushes her out of the way, saving her but taking the hit. |
18 |
|
Soong is distraught by his failure to kill Renée. When he falls asleep, Kore looks through his computer and finds videos of other girls identical to her and realizes that she is the last living experiment in a line of test subjects created by Soong. Meanwhile, at the clinic, Picard's heart rate is stabilized, but he isn't waking up. Tallinn soon enters Picard's mind in an effort to revive him. |
Monsters |
19 |
|
In his head, Picard tells a Starfleet therapist the story of a prince and a queen, an analogy of him and his mother, Yvette. The prince and queen are attacked by monsters and flee to the dungeons, where the queen is taken captive. It is there in this subconscious vision that Tallinn arrives, and she and the prince are attacked. In the waking world, Raffi and Seven hunt for the Jurati/ Borg Queen. |
20 |
|
At the clinic, Teresa learns the truth about La Sirena and its crew and manages to stabilize Picard. Jurati and Seven discover the Borg code implanted in La Sirena. In Picard's subconscious mind, he finds Tallinn and his younger self, while a Starfleet therapist is revealed to be his father. He explains that his mother, Yvette, was sent away, as she would go through cycles of darkness, leading the young Picard into the tunnels beneath the chateau, putting them both in danger. |
21 |
|
While Raffi and Seven hunt for the Jurati/Borg Queen in Los Angeles, Rios shows off La Sirena to Dr Ramirez and her son. Elsewhere, Tallinn reveals to Picard that she's Romulan, likely an ancestor of Laris. Later, Picard meets with Guinan, hoping she can summon Q. However, Guinan's EI-Aurian techniques fail, and her bar is raided by the FBI, who detains both her and Picard. |
Mercy |
22 |
|
Believing them to be aliens, the FBI interrogate Guinan and Picard. Kore continues investigating Soong's archives and meets Q, who gives her the cure for her illness. Raffi and Seven hunt for the Borg Queen, discovering the body of a man she killed. When they find her, she attacks them, almost killing Raffi before Jurati regains control of the situation and runs off. |
23 |
|
Back on La Sirena, Rios and Ramirez share a romantic moment. Meanwhile, Guinan is separated from Picard and finds Q waiting for her. He reveals that he is dying and hopes that this last trial for Picard will give his life meaning. He observes that all humans were stuck in the past and hoped to free Picard. Elsewhere, Kore and Soong fight, and Kore storms off. Not long after, the Jurati/Borg Queen arrives at Soong's laboratory. |
24 |
|
Guinan relays Q's message to Picard, and after their FBI interrogator reveals that he encountered Vulcans as a kid, the two convince him to let them go. Picard meets with Raffi and Seven, who tell him about the Jurati/Borg Queen's plans to use La Sirena to get a 400-year head start on the Borg Empire. Having assimilated a specs ops team supplied by Soong, the Borg Queen prophesizes that he will be a legend in the future if he eliminates Renee Picard. |
Hide and Seek |
25 |
|
The newly assimilated Borg squad quickly takes La Sirena, while Tallinn transports Rios, Ramirez and her son to safety. Jurati, however, locks the Borg Queen out of the ship and hides the ship's codes in a combat hologram of Elnor. Raffi and Seven fight to take back the ship, while Picard and Tallinn sneak through the tunnels beneath the chateau. |
26 |
|
Dr. Soong chases Picard out of the chateau tunnels and corners him and Tallinn above ground. Raffi reconnects with Elnor and with Seven, and they retake La Sirena, but not before Seven is stabbed by the Borg Queen. Jurati fights for control over the Borg Queen and offers her a new option: a Borg built on collaboration and saving those in need rather than assimilation. Meanwhile, Ramirez pleads with Rios to stay, but he transports back, just in time to save Picard from Soong. |
27 |
|
Picard finds the key to his mother's room, unlocking his darkest memory. As a child, he unlocked her room, mistakenly thinking he was saving her, but she instead committed suicide. Meanwhile, Jurati and the Borg Queen take La Sirena and set off for the stars, but not before delivering a fateful prophecy: to save the future there must be two Renées, one who lives and one who dies. |
Farewell |
28 |
|
Tallinn and Picard arrive at the Europa mission to save Renée, and Tallinn reveals her identity to the young woman. Meanwhile, Rios, Seven and Raffi break into Soong's lab and find drones set to destroy the Europa rocket, but Rios manages to terminate them. Soong poisons Tallinn, who was secretly disguised as Renée and she dies in Picard's arms, leaving the real Renée to complete the Europa mission. |
29 |
|
Kore deletes all of Soong's research, leaving him with only "Project Khan" before she is approached by Wesley Crusher, who offers her the chance to become a Watcher. The crew of La Sirena soon meet Q, who explains that he hoped his last trial might free Picard from the shackles of the past and give Q's own death meaning. Picard embraces Q, who transports them back to the future, with Rios choosing to stay behind with Ramirez, with whom he's fallen in love. |
30 |
|
Suddenly back onboard the Stargazer, Picard cancels the self-destruct sequence, revealing the Borg Queen onboard to be Jurati, who was using the ship to protect the quadrant from a galactic event. Raffi finds Elnor alive, thanks to Q, and the Borg is accepted as a provisional Federation member. At 10 Forward, Guinan tells Picard about Rios' life. Picard then returns to his chateau, where he is reunited with Laris. |
The Next Generation |
31 |
|
On the edge of Federation space, unknown assailants attack Dr. Beverly Crusher, who sends a message for help to Jean-Luc Picard. At his chateau, Picard receives the message, but he needs help from Will Riker to decode it. The message warns Picard to trust no one, not even Starfleet, and points them to the Ryton system. Picard and Riker soon commandeer a vessel to take them there. Meanwhile, on M'Talas Prime, Raffi goes undercover hunting for the mysterious "Red Lady." |
32 |
|
Picard and Riker board the U.S.S. Titan led by Captain Liam Shaw and Commander Anika Hansen, aka Seven of Nine. Shaw denies their request to change course to the Ryton system, but when Picard tells Seven their true intentions, she defies orders and changes course resulting in disciplinary action from Shaw. Meanwhile Raffi investigates a break-in at Daystrom Station, a high-security black site, but her anonymous handler is unhelptul. |
33 |
|
Raffi discovers too late that the "Red Lady" refers to a statue outside of a Starfleet recruitment building. The building is destroyed by a powerful weapon stolen from Daystrom Station. Meanwhile, Picard and Riker locate Crusher's ship and find Beverly in a med pod guarded by her son, Jack. The younger Crusher is furious that they led a bounty-hunting starship, the Shrike, right to him. |
Disengage |
34 |
|
When the Shrike disables their shuttle. Picard and Riker reach out to the Titan for help but are denied by Shaw. Just as their ship is caught in the Shrike's tractor beam, Seven convinces Shaw to intervene, and Picard, Riker, Beverly and Jack are rescued. Meanwhile, Raffi tracks the attack on Starfleet to a black-market broker named Sneed, but when her handler tells her to stand down, she is forced to go to her ex-husband Jae for information. |
35 |
|
The Titan is hailed by the captain of the Shrike, Vadic and she demands the surrender of Jack Crusher. Shaw locks Jack in the brig, prepared to hand him over. Meanwhile, Riker hints to Picard that he may be Jack's father. Elsewhere, Raffi meets with Sneed about the stolen Daystrom weapon. Her cover is soon compromised, and she's nearly killed. Her anonymous handler, Worf, suddenly shows up, kills Sneed and saves Raffi. |
36 |
|
Jack Crusher escapes the brig of the Titan and rushes to the transporters, prepared to hand himself over to save his mother. Meanwhile, Beverly awakens and reveals the truth to Picard – that he is Jack's father. Picard then stops Jack from escaping and reveals that Jack is his son to Shaw. Shaw orders the Titan to defend itself from the Shrike as Picard gives the command "Engage". |
Seventeen Seconds |
37 |
|
The Titan evades the Shrike by hiding in a nearby nebula. Seven, confined to her quarters, is comforted by Sidney La Forge, helmsman of the Titan. Picard rebukes Beverly over keeping Jack a secret from him, and she reveals that she gave Jack the option to find him, and he never Chose to. The Titan is then attacked, injuring Shaw, who transfers control to Riker. Meanwhile, Raffi and Worf locate Titus Rikka, the Daystrom thief and an associate of Sneed. |
38 |
|
The Titan tries to warp out of the nebula. However, the Shrike uses the stolen Daystrom portal weapon to block its departure and forces the Titan back into the nebula. Jack and Seven soon realize that the Shrike is tracking them through a verterium leak. When they try to repair it, a Changeling attacks Jack and exposes Jack to deadly verterium gas. Meanwhile, Raffi and Worf kidnap Titus Rikka in an effort to find out who stole the Daystrom weapon. |
39 |
|
Raffi and Worf interrogate Titus Rikka and expose him as a Changeling. He confesses that he stole the weapon from Daystrom to distract Starfleet from another theft.
Meanwhile, after being exposed to verterium gas, Jack is rushed to the med bay, where Beverly saves her son. However, a Changeling onboard destroys the ship's warp conduits, and the Titan sinks into the nebula's gravity well. |
No Win Scenario |
40 |
|
Trapped in the gravity well, the Titan only has four hours of life support remaining. Seven finds a victim of the Changeling who has infiltrated the ship, which leads to clues about the aliens' ability to remain undetected so far. With Shaw's help, Seven finds a way to reveal which crewmembers are the Changelings in disguise. Meanwhile, onboard the Shrike, Vadic, also a Changeling, reports to her leader, who demands that she capture Jack Crusher. |
41 |
|
On the holodeck, Picard tries to connect with his son only to be interrupted by Captain Shaw's disdainful story of Locutus. Meanwhile, Beverly studies strange energy waves coming from the nebula, and Jack and Shaw devise a way to use this to their advantage. However, a Changeling disguised as Sidney La Forge, tries to kill Shaw but Seven comes to his rescue. |
42 |
|
In order to ride the energy wave, the Titan shuts down all life support, but they are once again cut off by the Shrike. Riker uses the Titan's tractor beam to throw an asteroid at the Shrike, allowing the Titan to warp safely away. Riker then calls and reconnects with Deanna, from whom he has been estranged, while Jack continues to be tormented by strange visions and the memory of hearing Picard unknowingly admitting that Starfleet was the only family he ever needed. |
Imposters |
43 |
|
Jack awakens from a dream where he is killing the Titan's crew in a Starfleet uniform. Ro Laren, now a Starfleet intelligence officer, arrives on the U.S.S. Intrepid, ready to arrest Picard and Riker. Seven puts Jack in a Starfleet uniform to keep him hidden from Ro. Meanwhile, Worf's handler denies him permission to investigate Daystrom, so he and Raffi hunt for Krinn, a Vulcan crime lord, in their effort to track down the stolen weapon that threatens the safety of the Federation. |
44 |
|
Beverly discovers that the Changelings are evolving, a fact she relays to Picard. Ro Laren then confronts Picard, after which she reveals that Starfleet is compromised at the highest levels. She needs Picard's help, as Changelings have covered up more attacks on Starfleet and are planning a diabolical attack on Frontier Day. Meanwhile, Raffi and Worf try to corner Krinn, which leads to a devastating confrontation in which Raffi kills Worf. |
45 |
|
Ro leaves the Titan but is sabotaged by two Changelings who plant a bomb on her shuttle, which she flies into the Intrepid's port nacelle, giving the Titan a chance to escape. Meanwhile, Worf reveals that he faked his death and captures Krinn, who confesses he brokered a device to get past Daystrom's A.l. security. Picard and Riker open a hidden data drive from Ro, which contains research on the Changelings, as well as Worf's undercover activities. Jack tells Beverly about his visions. |
The Bounty |
46 |
|
Picard learns from Beverly that Jack inherited Irumodic Syndrome from him. Raffi and Worf then go on a mission with Riker to break into Daystrom to find the manifest of what was stolen. The Titan flies off to avoid capture and takes shelter at the Starfleet museum run by Commodore Geordi La Forge. Daystrom's A.l. security is alerted, and the team suddenly encounters none other than their old nemesis Professor Moriarty. |
47 |
|
Daystrom's Al security, a manifestation of Professor Moriarity, has Riker complete a test, after which he realizes that Data is at the heart of the security system. A hologram of Altan Soong explains that this new android is a mix of Lore, B-4, Data and himself, and Riker and his team intend to steal it. At the Fleet Museum, Geordi argues with Sidney and Picard, but chooses to stay on the Titan to help Jack install a stolen cloaking device. |
48 |
|
The team tries to escape with Data, which sets off alarms. Riker is taken hostage by Changelings led by Vadic. She brings him onto the Shrike, where he also finds his wife Deanna being held captive. On the Titan, Geordi examines the new Data and finds Lore and Data fighting for control. Data reveals that the Changelings stole Jean-Luc's human remains from Daystrom as part of a larger plot. |
Dominion |
49 |
|
Seven reaches out to Captain Tuvok, hoping for information on Riker, but discovers that he, too, is a Changeling. Beverly theorizes that the Changelings want Jack to complete the DNA sequence from Picard's body to sneak into Frontier Day. Lore and Data begin fighting for control of their joint android body, while the crew of the Titan plans to trap the Shrike and save Riker. |
50 |
|
Vadic transports onto the Titan to find it completely offline, a trap set by Picard. However, Lore has taken control of the ship, trapping Sidney La Forge and Jack Crusher. Vadic explains that she was tortured during the Dominion War, and experimented on, resulting in new powers. After escaping, she took the shape of her tormentor. Meanwhile, Jack starts to hear Sidney's thoughts in his head. |
51 |
|
Geordi begs Data to take control of his android form from Lore and to save Sidney, but Lore prevails. Lore then drops the ship's shields, freeing the Changelings. Sidney is attacked by the Changelings, but Jack takes control of her mind and fights for her, which surprises them both. Vadic attacks Shaw and takes control of the bridge and the ship. |
Surrender |
52 |
|
Vadic, now in control of the Titan, starts disabling the ship's systems and threatens to kill an officer every ten minutes unless Jack turns himself over to her. Jack tells Picard and Beverly about his powers and tries to punch in an override code by taking over the mind of an officer on the bridge. Vadic, aware of his powers, picks up on it and stops him. She then kills Lieutenant T'veek. |
53 |
|
Onboard the Shrike, Riker, and Deanna are saved by Worf, who brings them to Raffi. She then finds Picard's human body, which is missing the parts of his brain containing Irumodic Syndrome. Meanwhile, Lore tries to take Data's memories from him in an effort to erase him. Jack arrives on the bridge of the Titan holding a bomb, hoping to kill Vadic, but she tempts him with knowledge of his visions. |
54 |
|
Believing that he has won, Lore realizes too late that taking Data's memories has allowed Data to survive, causing Lore to die. Data then takes control of the Titan, throwing Vadic and her crew out of the airlock and destroying the Shrike. Data then reunites with his old bridge crew mates. Deanna meets with Jack about his visions and, using her Betazoid powers, enters his mind. |
Võx |
55 |
|
Deanna explores Jack's mind and discovers his connection to the Borg. She explains to the crew that some Borg biological tech, mistaken for Irumodic Syndrome, was passed from Locutus to Jack. Picard tries to send Jack to an institution to be cured, but he steals a shuttle, and sets off to find the Borg Queen. Meanwhile, the Titan sets off for Frontier Day. |
56 |
|
Jack finds the Borg Queen, and when he can't kill her, she assimilates him, naming him Võx. Beverly discovers the Borg tech from Picard's human body works as a transceiver and was hidden in all Starfleet transporters, secretly assimilating anyone under 25 who used them. With Jack now acting as a transmitter, the Borg seize control of the entire Starfleet armada. |
57 |
|
Shaw sacrifices himself to save Picard and the others, who escape on a shuttle. Shaw passes on command to Seven, who stays behind with Raffi on the Titan. The Borg-controlled Starfleet armada attacks, and Picard and his team regroup at the Fleet museum. Geordi reveals the restored Enterprise-D, the only ship not under Borg control. The crew takes up their old positions on the ship's bridge and sets out to find Jack. |
The Last Generation |
58 |
|
The Enterprise-D arrives at a Borg cube hidden on Jupiter. Picard, Worf and Riker beam aboard the Borg vessel leaving Geordi in command. Worf and Riker search for the cube's schematics, while Picard searches for Jack and the Borg Queen. Data pilots the Enterprise-D into the heart of the cube in order to destroy its control center. Meanwhile, on the Titan, Raffi and Seven retake control, cloaking the ship and engaging the entire armada to give Picard and his crew time to infiltrate the Borg. |
59 |
|
The Borg-controlled Starfleet armada destroys the spacedock and Earth's defenses, taking aim at all major cities. Meanwhile, the Enterprise-D destroys the beacon emanating from the Borg cube. Picard then allows himself to become assimilated again in order to enter Jack's mind. The strategy works, and Jack un-assimilates himself and Picard. They soon return to the ship, and Data pilots them out as the Borg cube explodes behind them, freeing the Starfleet armada. |
60 |
|
With the Borg/Changeling threat averted by Picard and his longtime friends and colleagues from the Enterprise, Beverly takes over as head of Starfleet Medical, healing all young members of their hidden Borg tech. Seven is promoted to captain of the Titan, while Raffi is reunited with her family. One year later, Jack Crusher takes up his new post on the re-christened Titan, now the Enterprise-G. Later in his quarters, Jack encounters
