Subscribers gift premiums and special binders.

In the UK the intial order of new subscriber gifts has changed twice. When the subscriptions were first accepted in May 2012 gifts were announced for the first, second, third and fourth shipments, the first shipment being counted as issues 2 and 3. Subscriptions were suspended in July 2012 and new ones accepted again in September 2012. The new gifts order would be for the first, second, fourth and sixth shipments. A new subscription drive was started in 2017 with the gift schedule further stretched to the second, fifth, twelfth and eighteenth shipments.
