Issue 1 The story opens with Saavik in command of the Kobayashi Maru, and in peril. Kirk is feeling old and McCoy tries to shake him out of the doldrums. When Chekov and Captain Terrell arrive on what they think is Ceti Alpha 6, they find an old enemy. Dr. Carol Marcus begs Kirk for help from Regula One, and Spock says what we all know to be true, that Kirk belongs in command. |
